Job summary

Bidgely is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own its largest, most complex utility engagements. You will serve as a technical and functional consultant and project manager, guiding multi‑party, cross‑functional teams across Delivery, Engineering, Product, and Sales.

You will manage executive stakeholder relationships, drive program outcomes, and mentor teammates within Bidgely's Customer Onboarding group. Remote‑US with up to 15% travel.)

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of software integration project experience at a SaaS company or top‑tier SI firm delivering enterprise solutions.
• Track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional implementations for large high‑touch customers.
• Experience as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers and designing deployment architectures.
• Experience with globally dispersed teams and cloud‑based B2B implementations.
• Proficiency with agile methods and project management tooling (Wrike/Jira/Smartsheets).
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication; ability to mentor others.
• Highly organized, collaborative, customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Bidgely for customers during implementation and advocate for them internally.
• Lead end‑to‑end deployments from Onboarding to Launch with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee project financials (cost, budget, margin) and contribute to contract reviews.
• Represent Onboarding in sales briefs and customer meetings as needed.
• Develop understanding of energy markets and customer behaviors to maximize platform value.
• Own solution design and development for complex engagements with engineering teams.
• Create technical and product documents detailing requirements and design.
