Job summary

Bidgely is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own its largest utility engagements. You will combine technical consulting, project management, and delivery leadership with a focus on executive stakeholder management and program outcomes.

You will work closely with a delivery team, R&D, Product Management, and SI partners to define requirements, map to features, and drive on-time, high-quality delivery while mentoring colleagues and expanding engagement scope.

Qualifications

7–11 years of software integration project experience at SaaS or SI firm.
Enterprise implementations for high-touch customers (ACV $500K+).
Primary contact for enterprise customers in a technical role.
Experience with globally dispersed teams and customers.
Experience with Agile and cloud-based B2B implementations.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical issues.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Customer-first, highly organized, proactive.

Responsibilities

Be the face of Bidgely for customers during implementation and advocate internally.
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex utility deployments with cross-functional teams.
Oversee project financials: cost tracking, budget, margins.
Contribute to contract reviews and change orders; represent onboarding in sales.
Develop deep knowledge of energy markets and customer behaviors.
Own solution design and development with global engineering teams.
