Job summary

Bidgely is a Vertical AI company delivering utility-scale insights via the UtilityAI Platform. We are seeking a Director, Project Management to lead Bidgely's most strategic customer engagements and own the onboarding portfolio.

The role is ~70% external, driving executive steering committees and cross‑functional delivery, with ~30% internal portfolio reporting and forecasting. 10–15 years of SaaS program management and utility/consulting experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in program/project management at a SaaS company, leading strategic, high‑touch enterprise engagements.
• Prior experience at a utility, utility software/tech company, or consulting firm serving utility clients.
• Demonstrated experience leading executive steering committees and senior stakeholder relationships on complex, multi‑workstream programs.
• Strong functional and customer management skills, translating business requirements into implementation and solution design decisions.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales.
• Experience owning project financials—budget, margin, and cost tracking—for large enterprise engagements.
• Experience building and maintaining portfolio‑level reporting, KPIs, and forecasting models.
• Experience driving large internal programs end‑to‑end including change management and employee adoption.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and cloud‑based B2B implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with a customer‑first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes for Bidgely's most strategic, complex, high‑ACV customer engagements from Onboarding through Launch.
• Lead executive steering committees and senior stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary escalation point for the customer's leadership.
• Manage cross‑functional delivery teams across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Translate business requirements into implementation plans and solution design decisions.
• Oversee project financials—budget, margin, costs—for assigned strategic engagements.
• Represent Bidgely in executive business reviews and strategic account presentations.
• Contribute to contract reviews, statements of work, and proposals for large deals.
• Own portfolio-level reporting and forecasting intelligence—timelines, revenue and margin trends, and resourcing.
• Define and report portfolio KPIs to executive leadership on a regular cadence.
• Monitor customer sentiment and health post‑onboarding to support renewal and expansion.
• Own and improve Bidgely's implementation methodology, tooling, and training curriculum.
• Own program management of cross‑functional improvement initiatives as it relates to implementation success and quality.
• Partner with Sales leadership on deal structuring and scoping for strategic pursuits.
• Contribute to proposals and statements of work for new and expanding strategic engagements.
