Job summary

Bidgely is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own its most complex utility engagements. You will act as technical and functional consultant, delivery lead, and customer advocate, coordinating with global engineering, R&D, product management, and SI partners.

You will manage executive relationships and drive program outcomes. In this role you will design and implement high-impact solutions, own project plans, and mentor teams while ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and customer

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of software integration project experience at a SaaS company or SI firm
• Track record delivering complex cross-functional enterprise deployments
• Primary point of contact for enterprise customers in a customer-facing role
• Experience with globally dispersed teams
• Familiar with Agile and cloud-based B2B implementations
• Proficient in planning tools (Wrike/Smartsheets/Jira)
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical issues

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Bidgely for customers during implementation
• Lead end-to-end utility deployments with cross-functional teams
• Oversee project financials, budgets and margins
• Contribute to contract reviews and change orders
• Represent Onboarding in sales presentations as needed
• Develop understanding of energy markets and customer behaviors
• Own solution design and development for complex customers
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Mgmt on platform direction
• Mentor teammates and develop delivery best practices
• Maintain executive-level customer relationships during engagements
• Plan and execute multi-party implementations with SI partners
• Provide training on project methodology and product capabilities
