Bidgely, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the most complex utility engagements. You will combine technical consulting, program management, and delivery leadership while guiding the Onboarding team and coordinating with SI partners.

You will manage customer relationships, drive end-to-end deployments, and mentor team members. This remote US role offers growth in AI-driven energy solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of software integration project experience at a SaaS company or SI firm.
• Track record delivering complex cross-functional enterprise implementations.
• Experience as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers.
• Experience with globally dispersed teams and Agile/SaaS deployments.
• Proficiency with Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar PM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Bidgely during implementation and manage customer relationships.
• Lead end-to-end complex utility deployments with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project budgets, costs, and margins.
• Develop and deliver project plans, risks, and status reports.
• Create technical and product documentation with IT teams.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on platform features.
