• Own end-to-end program plan for Smart Home device quality and developer tooling.
• Drive schedule, scope and risk across cross-functional workstreams across software, data engineering, and partner-facing teams.
• Drive strategic programs across quality, reliability, and tooling, and report progress against launch commitments.
• Lead resolution of high-severity device and integration issues end to end with stakeholders.
• Anticipate cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks; balance customer experience, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Establish and improve program mechanisms like status reporting and go/no-go criteria for new device categories.
• Build and evangelize high leverage AI solutions to problems new and old.
