Job summary

You will lead evaluation lifecycles, partner with engineering, and continuously surface opportunities in AI services and hardware to improve CX across AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience delivering and trading off features in a product roadmap.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide evaluation experiments for AWS product experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and science teams for performance evaluations.
• Develop roadmaps by synthesizing product plans, needs, and trends.
• Own the evaluation lifecycle from scoping to delivery of findings to leadership.
• Share knowledge about AI services and hardware with latest developments.
