Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a hands-on Sr Product Manager – Tech to lead hardware, firmware, and software products globally, crafting AI-powered experiences and driving product specs from concept to launch.
You will collaborate with hardware, software, design, operations, legal, and sales to deliver end-to-end solutions, defining metrics and shipping high-impact features for millions of customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience delivering features and making trade-offs for a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Own the definition, design, development, and launch of hardware and software products from concept to ship.
- Lead product strategy and vision with AI-native experiences.
- Define roadmaps and make prioritization decisions.
- Write detailed BRD, user stories, and specs for engineering teams to build from.
- Rapidly prototype solutions independently.
- Partner with software and hardware teams daily and unblock delivery.
- Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs among feedback, opportunities, performance, and load.
- Identify and resolve strategic/technical issues to meet goals.
- Drive measurable business outcomes with defined metrics and data.
