Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the programs that keep Alexa-connected devices working at scale. You will measure device and partner quality, drive fixes across engineering, data, and partners, and build tools that help developers deliver a reliable customer experience.

In this role you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, manage schedules, and escalate risks while balancing customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plan for Smart Home device quality and tooling.
• Drive schedule, and manage scope and risk across cross-functional workstreams.
• Drive strategic programs across quality, reliability, and tooling, and report progress.
• Lead resolution of high-severity device and integration issues end to end.
• Establish and improve program mechanisms, including status reporting and dependency tracking.
