Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Product Manager for the commerce platform to define the product roadmap and identify opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You’ll distill customer pain points into actionable requirements across multiple surfaces of the commerce space, shaping the next growth chapter for Docusign’s subscription solutions.

The role reports to the Director, Product Management, Commerce Platform, and is hybrid, with in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Design and Engineering is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of experience having worked directly with UX, Engineering, and Testing teams.
• 8+ years of experience in digital product management.
• Ability to drive complex projects across a large, cross functional organization.

Responsibilities

• Define commerce capabilities that enable customers to self-serve, try, buy, and manage their subscription.
• Drive new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across all commerce channels.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and OKRS.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and available resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Document clear requirements and use cases for UX and Engineering teams.
