Job summary

Disney Experiences in Orlando is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to identify, plan, and coordinate a set of related projects within a program, managing interdependencies to support business strategies.

You will work with cross-discipline teams, lead agile ceremonies, maintain forecasts, and report on progress with dashboards. The role requires 5+ years of technical PM experience, a technical degree, and strong budget and risk management skills.

Qualifications

Must have minimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or comparable experience.
Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall with blended delivery styles.
Experience with AI technologies and cloud/API landscapes.

Responsibilities

Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle.
Works with engineering teams and leadership to ensure success across programs.
Defines and optimizes Agile ceremonies for large project teams.
Maintains monthly forecasts and resource plans.
Conducts program status meetings and builds dashboards.
Escalates issues and manages risks to milestones.
Owns Jira and Confluence administration and reporting.
Drives roadmap planning and infrastructure coordination.
