Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Professional Services team. You will manage a global subcontractor portfolio and scale capacity to meet demand while ensuring consistent customer experiences on every site.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services, communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and driving delivery excellence in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience handling SOWs, POs, contracts and budgets across countries/time zones.
• PM role with cross-functional partner exposure (Product, Engineering, Sales, Services).
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and provide calm leadership when issues escalate.
• Analytical mindset with scalable delivery practices for better outcomes.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Think big with a long-term strategic view aligned to Protect Life mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor program to extend global capacity for Enterprise Professional Services.
• Set up onboarding, support and measurement framework with quality standards.
• Manage statements of work, purchase orders, and budget for all subcontractors.
• Coordinate with senior program managers to ensure adequate subcontractor capacity per project.
• Lead regular performance reviews on quality, delivery and commitments.
• Escalate issues, identify risks early and guide resolution.
• Share clear status and decisions with the Enterprise Professional Services Leadership team.
