Job summary

Axon is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS deployments for strategic customers. You will lead programs from planning through deployment and adoption in high-visibility, fast-paced environments, balancing scope, schedule, and risk.

You will collaborate across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. 10+ years of leading complex programs required.

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
