Axon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale deployments for Strategic and Global customers. You will own programs end-to-end, coordinating with product, engineering and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans.

You will work in a high-visibility environment, ensuring on-time delivery, strong governance and customer trust. This role emphasizes ownership, disciplined execution and scalable delivery models across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years leading complex technical programs.
• Experience delivering large-scale deployments for global customers.
• Proficient in scope, schedule, risk and change management.
• Collaborates across Product, Engineering, Sales and Services roles.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs for Strategic and Global customers.
• Lead multiple programs, managing scope, timeline, dependencies and risk.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into delivery plans.
• Serve as trusted lead for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product and partners.
• Anticipate risks and mitigate issues before impact.
• Lead program-level change management as requirements evolve.
• Communicate technical topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Identify delivery gaps and scale repeatable processes.
