Job summary

SentinelOne, a cybersecurity AI-native company on the East Coast, seeks a Transformation Manager for Technical Support to lead global support transformation initiatives. You will turn strategy into an integrated operating plan and drive programs from concept through measurable impact.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Strategy and Operations, you will partner across CX, engineering, and product to shape governance, tooling, and outcomes while ensuring continuity of day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience with global enterprise Technical Support or Customer Support.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end transformation plan for Support.
• Lead AI, automation, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Partner with multiple teams to drive cross-functional execution.
• Define governance and reporting to executives.
