Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center deployment programs from signing through day 2 operations. You will direct hardware installation, cabling, and network systems in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Expect to manage blockers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure adherence to CoreWeave’s exacting standards for performance and security. You will oversee cross-functional teams, drive schedules and budgets, and travel up to 60% to on-site

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading data center deployment projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to project sites.
• Knowledge of data center best practices, standards, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple data center deployment projects across design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams; drive meetings and align timelines.
• Allocate and manage resources, budgets, and schedules to meet aggressive timelines.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and address issues to minimize delays.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans within contractual constraints.
• Ensure deployments meet technical and quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on data center design, power, cooling, networking, and security.
• Foster continual process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Travel to data center sites as needed to oversee progress and resolve blockers.
• Document project progress and maintain comprehensive project records.
