Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Operations Program Manager to drive end-to-end mission-critical initiatives across our global infrastructure. You will own the DC Ops roadmap, coordinate hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness while delivering data-driven insights to leadership.

This role requires strong program management experience in data center or hyperscale environments, plus proficiency with Asana or Jira to manage multiple cross-functional programs and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in complex technical environments.
• Experience in providing executive-level program status, risk, and performance updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs ensuring scalability and reliability of CoreWeave's global infrastructure.
• Own the DC Ops roadmap and ensure timely delivery of milestones across hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness.
