Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs ensuring scalable and reliable global infrastructure. You will own the DC Ops roadmap, drive milestones, and resolve bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness.

Qualifications

5+ years of program/project management in complex technical environments.
Direct experience in data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations.
Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs.
Experience providing executive-level program status, risk, and performance updates.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs for scalable and reliable data centers.
Own the DC Ops roadmap and ensure milestone delivery.
Resolve bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness.
Provide data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional partners and establish SOPs for global consistency.
Develop risk mitigation strategies to maintain operational efficiency and prevent delays.
