Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex tech projects in a large organization.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into executive-ready narratives, visuals, and dashboards.
• Experience designing and operationalizing portfolio governance, with portfolio reporting, capacity/sequencing, and outcome-based planning.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Advanced stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in agile environments.
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Drive program governance, risk synthesis, and executive-ready updates using AI tools.
• Lead portfolio strategy, OKRs, benefits realization, and reporting.
• Create data-driven roadmaps and capacity planning with governance.
• Craft executive-ready narratives and presentations for stakeholders.
• Foster adaptive planning and quarterly prioritization across the portfolio.
• Champion agile delivery and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote AI-assisted governance with human review for delivery standards.
