Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use.
• Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle and influencing decisions.
• Strong technical fluency with current platforms and tools.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans with requirements, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing roadblocks and applying risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, consolidate inputs, and produce executive-ready updates.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review and delivery standards.
