• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Analyze program performance and apply data-driven improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote agile delivery practices and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Advise on governance and reporting with AI-assisted methods and human review.
