Job summary

Chase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Consumer & Community Banking Technology division to guide strategic technology programs. You will own end-to-end delivery, align initiatives with business goals, and influence cross-functional teams through executive-ready communication and data-driven storytelling.

You will champion agile practices, manage budgets and resources, and leverage AI-enabled planning to accelerate risk synthesis and governance across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into executive-ready narratives, visuals, and dashboards.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and operationalizing portfolio governance, with experience in portfolio reporting, capacity and sequencing, and outcome-based planning.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and handling data per sensitivity requirements.
• Drive program and portfolio strategy, monitor OKRs and value delivery.
• Establish data-driven portfolio management with roadmaps, capacity, risks, and benefits realization.
• Craft executive-ready presentations translating complex topics into clear, actionable information.
• Orchestrate new ways of working across the portfolio with governance and accountability.
• Champion agile delivery practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance and reporting with human review.
