Job summary

Chase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager within Consumer & Community Banking Core Engineering Solutions to guide cutting-edge programs and improve the engineer experience across the organization. You will apply deep technical knowledge and leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.

You will partner with Product Owners and Technical Partners, manage risk, and develop executive dashboards and updates.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical program or product management.
Experience using enterprise AI capabilities for planning and risk synthesis.
Analytical, data-driven decision making and strong communication.
Leadership of Product Owners and Technical Partners.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers to understand challenges and develop solutions.
Lead intake and prioritization for a portfolio of initiatives with stakeholders.
Establish and manage QA processes with clear requirements.
Provide leadership for Product Owners and Technical Partners to run the product.
Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations on portfolio performance.
Identify and mitigate risks and drive momentum.
Champion agile methodologies and AI-assisted governance.
