Chase is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to lead complex technology programs within Consumer & Community Banking in Columbus, OH. You will guide initiatives, align engineering work with business goals, and mentor teams to deliver outcomes.

You will leverage AI capabilities, manage risks, build executive dashboards, and drive agile adoption across the portfolio. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical program management or product management.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program workflows.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Passion for the product development process and process improvement.
• Ability to balance delivery discipline with creativity and fun.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers to understand challenges and develop solutions.
• Lead intake and prioritization for a portfolio of initiatives with stakeholders.
• Establish and manage quality assurance with clear requirements.
• Provide leadership for Product Owners and Technical Partners to run their product.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans.
• Utilize advanced analytics to assess program performance and drive improvements.
• Champion agile methodologies and AI-assisted governance practices.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance and reporting.
