Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and high‑performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted planning and risk synthesis.
• Ability to drive agile practices and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Use enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning, RAID, and executive updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Apply data‑driven analysis to improve program performance and efficiency.
• Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Promote reuse‑first, AI‑assisted governance for delivery standards.
• Drive integration of new technologies and processes with existing systems.
• Facilitate effective communication across team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
