Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with the engineering team and business partners on strategic initiatives and complex development projects. The role suits a self-driven, organized collaborator dedicated to making an impact.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in technical program management, strong technical fluency, and excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years of technical program / project management experience.
• Customer-centric mindset and focus on improving lives of customers.
• Strong technical fluency to learn Lyra's systems and functions of the Lyra platform.
• Excellent communication skills across varied audiences and levels.
• Expert in planning, organization, multi-tasking and execution with emphasis on quality.
• Practitioner of agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) and analytics.
• Startup and/or healthcare experience is a plus; ability to balance multiple initiatives.
