Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to act as the interface between engineering and business partners for strategic initiatives. The role fits a self-driven, organized professional who drives complex development efforts and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives, promote clear communication, and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency across teams. Prior startup or healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of technical program / project management experience.
• Customer-centric mindset – consistently focusing on improving customers’ lives.
• Strong technical fluency – learn Lyra’s high level systems and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills across varied audiences and levels.
• Expert planning, organization, multitasking and execution with a quality focus.
• Practitioner of agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) and analytics.
• Startup and/or healthcare experience a plus; capable in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with emerging AI tools to enhance program delivery.
