Lyra Health is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to act as the interface to the engineering team and business partners for strategic initiatives.

This role requires collaboration across teams to delivery complex programs with high impact, ensuring alignment with Lyra's mission and platform capabilities. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional efforts, promote transparent communication, and design scalable processes that improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program / project management experience.
• Customer-centric mindset – continually asking how our work is improving customers' lives.
• Strong technical fluency – learn Lyra’s high level systems, integrations, and key functions of the Lyra platform.
• Excellent communication skills – convey complex topics across varied audiences and levels.
• Expert at planning, organization, and execution with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Proficiency with agile project management and analytics tools (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Startup and/or healthcare experience is a plus and beneficial.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 to $157,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra.
