Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a fully remote role based in the United States. This position partners with design, product management, and engineering to keep complex initiatives on track and improve delivery discipline.

You will strengthen reporting, planning, and process consistency across teams while ensuring strategic work is completed efficiently with clear visibility. A strong track record in TPM and cloud-based architectures is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
• Experience with Agile SDLC and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with cloud-based SOA architectures.
• Proven track record delivering successful products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering to drive planning and execution
• Identify and mitigate risks by clarifying scope and removing blockers
• Create schedules, set goals, and identify milestones for project success
• Maintain team-level bookkeeping for efficient sprint operations
• Track and report project progress in audience-appropriate ways
• Optimize processes related to planning, execution, and reporting
• Ensure successful completion of strategic activities such as roadmap planning and cost management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive cross-functional planning and execution for technical programs that support the company’s product and engineering efforts. The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner closely with design, product management, and engineering to keep complex initiatives on track, remove blockers, and improve delivery discipline. This position will also strengthen reporting, planning, and process consistency across teams while helping ensure strategic work is completed efficiently and with clear visibility.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 annually

Responsibilities
