Immediate need for a talented Senior Technical Program Manager – Finance, M&A, and Technology. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Pay Range: $100 - $150/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget while managing multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
• Engage in program-level strategic planning and interact with executive-level management to resolve complex issues.
• Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, time estimating, project scheduling, budget management, and status reporting.
• Manage internal teams and contractors to deliver systems and enhancements that meet specified requirements.
• Assess risks and apply management principles to technology applications and business functions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10+ years of program management experience, particularly in Finance/Accounting analysis, decision support, and M&A.
• Experience with AI tooling, G Suite, virtual data rooms, and large-scale technology/business applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
