Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-priority IT programs with strong coordination and disciplined delivery. This role provides executive visibility and aligns projects with business objectives and contract performance expectations.

You will mentor teams, support business case development, and apply Agile SDLC to deliver reliable schedules and outcomes in a remote US-based environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience managing multitask projects, especially for federal clients.
• Experience with OneStream implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced skills in MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Deep understanding of Agile projects and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive the planning and execution of high-priority programs that require strong coordination, disciplined delivery, and clear executive visibility.

The ideal candidate will balance budget, staffing, risk management, and client deliverables while ensuring projects stay aligned to business objectives and contract performance expectations.

You will also mentor team members, support business case development, and apply Agile SDLC expertise to produce reliable schedules and outcome reporting in a federal client environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $139,700 - $250,700 annually
