UnitedMasters is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive the portfolio of programs across multiple workstreams. You’ll work with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, UX Designers, and cross-functional partners to deliver roadmaps with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a similarly sized company or industry.
• Experience launching user-facing technologies at a high quality bar.
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
• Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program management of multiple work streams across the software development lifecycle.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and align commitments across multiple teams.
• Identify and resolve blockers; communicate plans to keep engineering and stakeholders on track.
• Provide technical transparency with clear summaries for diverse audiences.
• Socialize new plans to regain alignment when deadlines slip.
