Qualifications

• 5-8 years of technical program management experience in a fast-paced software environment.
• Proven track record shipping large-scale cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum; PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and design.
• Identify dependencies, track milestones, and mitigate risks with Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
• Establish governance, cadence, and metrics for executive leadership.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team alignment.
• Collaborate with finance and product leads on resource allocation and budgeting.
• Document SOPs and retrospective findings to improve organizational processes.
