Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or minimum of 7-12 years of program management experience preferably with products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with passionate individuals.
• Willingness to surface issues early for team to address them before they evolve into risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering and growth initiatives, from planning through execution and release.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define scope, milestones, and realistic delivery plans.
• Own program tracking, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and progress against commitments.
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and handoffs.
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to maintain delivery timelines.
• Improve planning accuracy, predictability, and execution over time.
• Communicate clear, concise status updates to project teams, partners, and leadership.
• Reinforce and scale delivery procedures, tools, and processes.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency across program execution.
