The role requires 10–15 years of enterprise program leadership, strong communication, analytical skills, and a track record of delivering complex programs across time zones.

Qualifications

• Overall professional experience of 10 to 15 years with at least 7+ years of recent leadership of large enterprise product programs.
• Experience in a research, AI/ML, or technology organization; knowledge of AI concepts is advantageous.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills for cross‑functional, executive environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with hands‑on detail orientation.
• Ability to derive insights from data and use project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs by defining scope, release planning, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Run weekly product review meetings with stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Build partnerships with functional leaders to focus on business goals.
• Coordinate workgroups to address release issues, dependencies, and metrics.
• Provide visibility on program status through regular reports to stakeholders.
• Manage program dependencies across teams, functions, and time zones.
• Anticipate obstacles and accelerate delivery of project goals.
• Provide monthly program reviews and deep dives into progress and risks.
