Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) seeks a Lead Technical Project Manager to drive large-scale programs across multiple sites in Celebration, FL. You will oversee the full lifecycle from initiation to completion, coordinating with software engineers, product managers, architects, and leadership.

You will mentor junior PMs, refine agile and hybrid delivery practices, manage scope, budgets, and risks, and deliver weekly updates and executive dashboards to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project/program management with enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methods.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, multi-site programs across full delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish scalable processes.
• Guide junior project managers through the lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to align engineering with goals.
