Job summary

Activated Insights seeks a Senior Technical Product Owner to own the product charter, backlog, and roadmap for platform integrations and SSO capabilities. You will serve as the technical liaison between customers, partners, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring end-to-end validation before go-live.

You will drive API integration work, run discovery calls with partners, and author integration contracts. This role requires deep API literacy and strong communication skills in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical product ownership, solutions engineering, integration analysis, or escalated application support, ideally in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, data mapping, authentication flows, and integration troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience owning vendor or partner integrations end to end, from technical scoping through go-live validation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for assigned products and integrations.
• Run sprint planning, scrums, grooming, and reviews with Engineering squads.
• Validate delivered increments against acceptance criteria and coordinate releases.
