Job summary

Element451 is seeking a Senior Director, Integrations to own the full post-sales integration lifecycle. You will lead integration architects, engineers, and live support specialists, ensuring delivery of SIS integrations and ongoing health for accounts.

You will define integration architectures, data models, and patterns, and collaborate closely with Product to evolve native integration capabilities, while maintaining delivery standards and scalability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in integration delivery or implementation in higher education or B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years leading technical teams (architects and/or engineers).
• Deep SIS integration expertise; ideally Ellucian Banner or Colleague via Ethos API.
• Strong scoping, sizing, and feasibility validation of SOWs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
• Hands-on with REST/SOAP, data pipelines, and modern data stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration delivery lifecycle from post-sales handoff to go-live.
• Define architectures, data models, and integration patterns for SIS and LMS ecosystems.
• Lead integration architects/engineers and live support activities.
• Partner with Product to shape native integration capabilities and roadmap.
• Establish and track KPIs for delivery quality, timeliness, and reliability.
