Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Integrations, to own the bi-directional flow of 3P data and authentication across partner integrations. You will shape integration strategy, define requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform connections.

You’ll broker inbound data ingestion, outbound publishing, and real-time data flows while working with sales, marketing, and engineering to drive GTM success for developers and partners in our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall software experience with at least 3+ years building out product APIs.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing workflows across RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and real-time Webhooks.
• Proven expertise in handling bi-directional data structures (JSON/XML) and modern authentication frameworks (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys).
• Experience designing with or for IPaaS solutions (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier) to accelerate partner connectivity.
• Experience interfacing directly with clients to design and support the implementation of solutions that take into account Voice of the Customer.
• Experience working with sales and enablement teams to develop a keen understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and justify product enhancements, technical capabilities, and integration standards across our platform.
• Oversee the Integrations development process to ensure implementation aligns with customer needs and company vision. Broker inbound data ingestion and outbound publishing/syndication.
• Analyze and synthesize customer specifications, determining optimal integration architecture with technical leads.
• Articulate the integration vision and translate it into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs for engineering teams.
• Facilitate scenario-based technical discussions with enterprise clients, ecosystem partners, and integration marketplaces.
• Demonstrate ownership of the full life-cycle of Integration and SDK products—from strategy to roadmap and GTM.
• Define global go-to-market strategies to attract 3P integration users, developers, and partners.
