Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Integrations to own the bi-directional data flow between 3P ecosystems and our platform. You’ll define integration strategy, drive partner APIs, keep authentication and data formats secure, scalable, and well-documented.

You’ll collaborate with Enterprise clients, ecosystem partners, and internal teams to translate complex requirements into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes, enabling seamless integrations at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software experience with API-driven products.
• Experience designing and managing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
• Experience with bi-directional data structures (JSON/XML) and modern auth (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys).
• Familiarity with iPaaS (Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier) to accelerate partner connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and justify integration enhancements and standards across the platform.
• Oversee integrations development, broker inbound data ingestion and outbound publishing/syndication.
• Analyze customer specifications to determine optimal integration architecture with tech leads.
• Articulate integration vision into clear product requirements and backlogs for engineering.
• Facilitate technical discussions with enterprise clients and partners.
• Own the full lifecycle of Integration and SDK products from strategy to GTM.
• Collaborate with marketing to define go-to-market for 3P integrations.
