Clarus Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape and deliver customer-centric pet-insurance technology solutions. You will own roadmaps, translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to drive impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, making tradeoff decisions that balance customer, operational, and business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor quality and performance; leverage data to evaluate product success and identify improvement areas.
• Support go-to-market with product documentation, training materials, release communications, and enablement resources.
