Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurance tech, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile environments using Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to work with software engineering teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps; ensure timely delivery of features.
• Conduct user research and analyze market trends to guide priorities.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories and docs for teams.
• Own and prioritize backlog; balance customer, operational, and business needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Support testing, QA, and post-launch analysis; leverage data to improve.
• Assist in go-to-market docs, training materials, and release communications.
