Clarus is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape pet insurance technology, leading initiatives from discovery to launch. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and stakeholders to deliver impactful, customer‑centric solutions across veterinary teams, pet parents and industry partners.

The ideal candidate excels at translating complex business challenges into actionable product strategy, delivering scalable solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or InsurTech.
• Experience launching commercial products or features.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha! or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Thrives in a fast paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned areas, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform roadmap priorities.
• Translate requirements into detailed PRDs and user stories for design/engineering.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog and drive tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success.
• Support testing, QA and post‑launch analysis to ensure quality and performance.
• Assist in Go‑to‑Market with training materials and release communications.
