Qualifications

5+ years in product management, preferably B2B SaaS, fintech or insurtech.
Proven track record launching and improving commercial products/features.
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder skills.
Experience in Agile environments with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
Analytical, data-driven problem solving and technical collaboration with engineering teams.
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and Success.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
Own and prioritize the product backlog with data-driven tradeoffs.
Support go‑to‑market activities with documentation and enablement.
Monitor quality, performance and post-launch improvements.
