Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps and drive features from discovery through launch.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical considerations to maximize product value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and maintain clear product documentation.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and make trade-offs based on feedback and priorities.
• Monitor product quality and performance, leveraging analytics to drive improvements.
