Clarus, a pet-insurance technology company, seeks an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to shape product strategy and drive go-to-market initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions that improve veterinary outcomes and partner value.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision‑making. Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with software engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas, ensuring the timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, making tradeoff decisions that balance customer, operational, and business objectives.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product development and launch execution.
Support product testing, quality assurance activities, and post‑launch analysis to ensure product quality and performance expectations are met.
