Job summary

The Senior Technical Product Manager will own backlog prioritization, define roadmaps, and ensure timely feature delivery while balancing business needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurance tech, or related digital platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product strategy.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile product development using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead customer and market insights to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and balance competing objectives.
- Monitor quality and performance with data-driven analysis and post-launch review.
- Support go-to-market activities and develop training materials for internal teams.
