Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile product development using Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Drive product initiatives balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical considerations.
• Translate requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and refine priorities based on feedback and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Support testing, QA activities, and post-launch analysis to ensure quality and performance.
• Assist in preparing documentation, training materials, and release communications.
