Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or insurance tech.
- Proven track record launching and enhancing products or features.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile development using ADO, Jira, or Aha!.
- Analytical with data-driven decision making; able to collaborate with software teams.
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps with timely feature delivery.
- Drive initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog with trade-off decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Support testing, analytics, and post-launch analysis.
- Assist GTM with documentation, training, and release communications.
