Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or insurance tech.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas; drive initiatives from discovery through launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze market trends to inform roadmap priorities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; balance customer, operational, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure successful development and launch.
